My dear friend Aya and I invite you to gather in circle to journey inwards for a deep dive into a guided breathwork and sound healing immersive experience.

This dynamic ceremonial style session offers a guided breath activation and meditation experience that softly transitions into a sound bath of gongs, and crystal singing bowls.

Breathwave is a conscious connect breathing practice that invites us inward to explore deep realms of relaxation, release and integrative self awareness.

Tuning inwards to the inner realms of our hearts and souls through intuitively guided movement, conscious connected breathing followed by an integrative sound bath immersion.

Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket and a pillow for optimal comfort during your session.

This session will be held downstairs in the cozy community room at Maury Young Arts Center in the heart of Whistler Village with a maximum of 16 participants.
