About the event
For your greatest comfort please bring a yoga mat, and a blanket for sure. Additionally if you'd like a cushion or a block to sit on, a water bottle and a journal and pen for reflections.
We will gather for this event in a cozy community room downstairs at Maury Young Arts centre.

Please bring a mat, blanket and if you like a block or meditation cushion for sitting in circle. The entrance at the Arts Centre is the door on the left - go downstairs, past the youth centre and straight down the hall it's the third door on the left.
