About the event

For your greatest comfort please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and cozy layers.  Additionally if you'd like a bolster or block to sit on, a water bottle and a journal and pen for reflections. 

We will gather for this event in a cozy community room downstairs at Maury Young Arts centre.

    For your greatest comfort please dress in warm layers and bring a mat, blanket and pillow ( or reach out if you need me to bring an extra for you). Please note this is FRAGRANCE free session by special request. It will be cozy with candles as usual. The entrance at the Arts Centre is the door on the left - go downstairs, past the youth centre and straight down the hall it's the third door on the left.
