How Does Sound Healing Work?
The vibrational sounds, or resonances, produced by a singing bowl, the sound of our own voice or the rhythmic beat of a drum are not only beautiful to listen to but have a physical benefit to the listeners.
The resonances can be an immune boosters, stress reducers, pain relievers and lower blood pressure. Benefits of long term steady practices can lead to better sleep and improved digestion.
Because all living beings, non living beings, and even thoughts emit vibrations, the resonances from singing bowls, tuning forks and our voices can be used to influence our vibrations.
